Mindful Leader
Self-awareness plays a significant role in effective leadership. Being aware of one's character, feelings, motives, and desires have a substantial impact on how leaders behave and interact with others. Self-awareness is one of the primary practices of mindfulness that is incorporated into this course to help students achieve a better sense of self-awareness in their daily life.
The following diagram breaks down the concept of self-awareness to its primary components which represent how this course tackles each element by itself. This course is delivered in three interactive fun sessions that are full of hands-on activities to suit the young audience.
